Sunlight City – Ming Yuan
Located directly across from Jing Yuan in Xinxiang City, Ming Yuan will span a GFA of 202,192 sq.m, comprising 1,152 residential units in tower blocks, as well as 134 commercial units and ancillary facilties, including a recreational field, carparks and a commercial square. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2006. |

Sunlight City – Yi Yuan
Yi Yuan, located to the left of Ming Yuan, is situated along Baojian Road of Xinxiang City. Distinct from Jing Yuan and Ming Yuan's low to mid-rise developments, Yi Yuan houses high-rise multi-storey complexes centered within an open landscape. Scheduled for completion in 2006, Yi Yuan will cover a GFA of 265,500 sq.m, with 1,883 residential units, 152 commercial units and ancillary facilities including garden landscaping.

Sunlight New City
Situated south of the middle section of Huanghe Avenue, west of Hehuan Road in Mengzhou City (which is a county of Jiaozuo city), Sunlight New City has a planned GFA of approximately 90,000 sq.m, comprising both residential and commercial units. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2006.
